Background: Started working construction at age 15 part time.  Became full time at age 18.  Worked building & remodeling houses, roofing, building garages, decks & patios, pole barns and just about any other project that can be made of wood.  Went back to part time when started OBC years later.  Became a Master Gardner in 2000.  Practice gardening methods on own home near Shelby.  Still take on the occasional construction project as well.

Small Jobs, no problem.

In fact, due to time constraints at various times of the year, prefer the smaller projects.  Can design, provide estimates, and complete projects to your total satisfaction or won't even begin it.  Be it new construction, remodeling, landscaping or some combination of it all.

Anther option:

Would also consider any joint project involving the remodeling of an existing home for eventual sale, for a share of the proceeds.  Bring in an idea or an offer, all projects considered.
